Wilkinson County Graduate Receives OFTC Scholarship

The OFTC Foundation- South, Inc. awarded Trederick Knight of Irwinton, Ga., the Frank G. Wall, Jr. Scholarship. The scholarship is offered annually to a student who is a graduate of the Wilkinson County School System and who plans to enroll in a program of study at Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC). Knight completed his high school education in May 2016 and is now enrolled in the Commercial Truck Driving Program at OFTC.

The scholarship, which is sponsored by the Wilkinson County Development Authority, was established in honor of Mr. Frank G. Wall, a leader in his community and an advocate for technical education.
