Career Minded Students Attend OFTC Program Fair

Over 800 students from local high schools attended Oconee Fall Line Technical College’s (OFTC) annual High School Program Fair on the college’s South Campus in Dublin, Tuesday, September 19.

Students had the opportunity to mingle with OFTC instructors and learn more about a number of OFTC programs like Pharmacy Technology, Automotive, Criminal Justice, Business Services, and more.

“We love hosting these high school students every year at our High School Program Fair,” shared OFTC Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Saketha Adams. “It gives them an opportunity to see what opportunities are available to them during high school through our dual enrollment program or after high school as they prepare for career training.”

Attending schools were: Dublin High School, Heart of Georgia Career Academy, West Laurens High School, Bleckley County High School, East Laurens High School, Dodge County High School, Wheeler County High School, Wilkinson County High School and Telfair County High School.
