Sandersville’s OFTC Hosts 2nd Annual Festival of Trees Sip ‘N See

Local community members attended the Festival of Trees Sip ‘N See and Loose Sugar Bakery Open House at Oconee Fall Line Technical College Tuesday night, November 28.

While browsing through a hall lined with Christmas trees sponsored and decorated by local businesses, attendees young and old enjoyed the sights and sounds of Christmas complete with warm Wassail, hot chocolate, treats from Loose Sugar Bakery and Christmas music.

Attendees were asked to vote for their favorite Christmas tree and with a total of 71 votes, the Transylvania Club narrowly beat out the Pilot Club by one tie-breaking vote.

This was OFTC’s second year hosting the Festival of Trees in Sandersville and the college plans to continue this event in the future. For more information on how to become a part of OFTC’s Festival of Trees, contact Tanya Jolley at
