O’Neal Named Randy Helton Family Scholarship Recipient

The Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) Foundation North announced Andrea O’Neal of Dublin as the recipient of the Randy Helton Family Scholarship for the spring 2021 semester.  

O’Neal is enrolled in OFTC’s Practical Nursing program on the college’s Dublin Campus.  

The Randy Helton Family Scholarship was established in 2019 by the OFTC Foundation North to honor long serving Trustee Randy Helton and his service to the College and the Foundation.  

Recipients of the scholarship must maintain a GPA of 3.0, submit an essay on why they chose OFTC and must have a faculty recommendation.
