OFTC’s South Foundation Awards Tommy Barlow Scholarship

Ann Norris of East Dublin was recently awarded the Tommy Barlow Scholarship by the Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) Foundation-South, Inc.

The scholarship was established by the family of Tommy Barlow who tragically lost his life on April 6, 2014 in order to carry on his memory by recognizing an OFTC student enrolled in the Automotive Technology Program.

The OFTC Foundation-South, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization whose mission is to provide initiatives to assist the students, faculty, and staff at Oconee Fall Line Technical College.
