OFTC’s 2022 Spring Commencement & High School Equivalency Graduation Date & Speaker Announced

Joshua Kight, Mayor of Dublin, will speak at OFTC's 2022 Spring Commencement & HSE Graduation Ceremony, Thursday, June 2.

Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) will host their 2022 Spring Commencement Ceremony and High School Equivalency (HSE) Graduation at the Dubose Porter Business and Industry Training Center in Dublin, Thursday, June 2 at 7:00 P.M. 

The College will confer graduates with associate degrees, diplomas and technical certificates of credit in a variety of high-demand fields in Georgia, and HSE credentials. 

The Mayor of Dublin – Joshua Kight – will serve as commencement speaker.  

Kight is a lawyer and was elected as Dublin’s Mayor in November of 2021. Prior to his mayoral election he served as chairman of the Downtown Development Authority in Dublin, as director of the Dublin-Laurens Land Bank, treasurer of Visit Dublin GA and a board member of numerous nonprofit organizations.   

Kight is married to Victoria, and they have three sons.
