Georgia Power Donates Equipment to OFTC

The Residential Sales Support Division of Georgia Power recently donated equipment to the OFTC Foundation-South, Inc. at Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) in Dublin. The donated Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater will be used as an instructional aid in the Air Conditioning Program at the College. Kevin Livingston, Program Chair for the Air Conditioning Technology Program at OFTC, accepted the donation on behalf of the South Foundation.

“It has been an honor to partner with Georgia Power. Equipment donations enhance the learning environment for our students, which makes them better prepared to enter the workforce,” commented Livingston.

“We appreciate all the businesses and individuals who support both the Foundation and the College and the joint mission of changing lives,” said Jenny Shuman, OFTC’s Executive Director of Institutional Advancement.
