GED & Adult Basic Education Classes Back in Wrens

Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) is hosting adult basic education and GED preparation courses at the North Jefferson Human Development Center (behind the library) in Wrens, Monday through Wednesday, 9 A.M. – 12 P.M. or Monday and Wednesday, 4 P.M. to 7 P.M.

“Maybe you have a child that you would like to better help with homework or you just want to understand what they are doing in school today,” said OFTC’s Adult Education Coordinator, Jennifer Todd. “You can learn the same methods right here with us and see how things have changed.  Regardless of age or education, none of us are ever too old to learn.”

OFTC’s career and college readiness training classes will help interested community members with the skills needed to get where they want to go. And with a simple schedule which meets three days a week, including two evenings, the student-centered friendly services are designed to meet needs of the students.
