Application for Admission

Students seeking admission into any credit or non-credit course or program must be at least 16 years of age. All applicants must submit an OFTC application with a non-refundable $20 application fee. Applicants for the Commercial Truck Driving (CTD) program will also need to complete the CTD Admissions Supplement.

* Note:  Former Dual Enrollment students do not have to pay the $20 application fee.
